Most of our products support remote control, as well as app and voice control. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
Please ensure the device is properly connected to the internet, as Alexa only functions when online. First, check whether the strip lights are successfully connected to the network.
The strip lights may not be connected to the internet if:
- A red exclamation mark appears on the Wi-Fi icon.
- The strip lights cannot be controlled via the app when Bluetooth is turned off on your phone.
Please log out of your account, then reconnect the device to Alexa or Google Assistant.
Once the connection is complete, you can log back in and continue using it.
