Free Shipping on All Orders

Lecflow orders offer free shipping on all orders and are shipped from China warehouses via UPS, USPS and DHL for all countries, but we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawai, or the In central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer.

Processing time
Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 24-48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.

How long does delivery take?
We offer only one type of shipping: Free Shipping 3-7 business days by well known companies across the United States such as UPS, USPS and DHL. This does not include delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carriers, etc.

Change or cancel your order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please be sure to contact us at service@lecflow.com prior to shipping.

Customs Duty
International orders may be subject to charges/fees at customs. Lecflow is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office. 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

• We will choose the most suitable shipping method by well known companies across the United States such as UPS, USPS and DHL .
• If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.
• Once the package is shipped, Lecflow will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email directly with the tracking number. 
• We will contact you if there is an accident before delivery.
